- Shipping & Delivery All orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Post - If there are lots of soaps they will probably come in one package, but with candles they may often arrive in separate packages.
- Privacy & Security We take privacy very seriously. We will never share your personal details with anyone other than in the process of taking payment - such as your credit card Company or bank, and we do not store your credit card information when you place an order.
- Returns & Replacements Any item can be returned within 28 days of your order as long as it is unopened and in a saleable condition. See our returns section for more details and instructions.
- Ordering Once you have added items to your basket - just click "check out" on the basket, then follow the simple steps to provide the information we need to send your goodies.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions Payments are taken at the time of ordering as all items on the site tend to be in stock. If for any reason your order cannot be shipped your payment will be refunded immediately - and by immediately we mean the first opportunity during office hours.
- Viewing Orders To view your orders just click "my account" at the top of any page - Once logged in you will see the link to "My Orders" in the right column of your account page.
- Updating Account Information Click on "my account" at the top of any page. Once logged in you can review or edit any of your personal information as well as reviews you may have posted or your wish-list of favourite products.
